Overview

An amazing message is only as good as the number of voices sharing it. Uniper has partnered with many organizations with the shared goal of creating a world where everyone can age at home for as long as they wish - Happy, Healthy, and Independent. And that’s a message that deserves to be heard!

Uniper has created, and is here to assist, with all facets of the recruitment, enrollment and promotion process. We work closely with our Care Partners to apply our proven recipe for success, which includes:

Step 1. Amplify The Message- Importance of an Omni-Channel Approach

Older adults consume information in various ways. Utilizing an omni-channel approach to spread the word about Uniper ensures that the message is seen across multiple platforms, reaching as many potential members as possible.

To best support our Care Partners and meet members where they are, Uniper provides communication templates across 18 channels, including:

Social Media (FB & LI)
Print (flyers & brochures)
Online (CP web promotion & landing pages)
In-Person (community events, senior centers & senior housing)

Step 2. Outreach enrollment call

Uniper Community Coaches reach out by phone and/or by email to each registered member within 2-3 business days. The call has multiple goals:

Member qualification - Verify the referred member matches target persona for optimal benefit
Program description - Provide additional details about the Uniper program and answer any questions they may have
Consultative approach - Understand members interests and goals to make recommendations tailored specifically for that individual
Schedule installation - Schedule professional in-home setup and training on a day and time that works well for our new members

Step 3. Service activation

UniTV: For members who sign up for the UniTV, a professional home visit for setup, installation and training will be scheduled. The technician will train the member on how to use the system, so the feel comfortable prior to the technician leaving.
Web Access: For members looking for digital access, all they need is an email. The member will receive an invitation email to join Uniper that includes a link to the Uniper digital platforms to create their log-in account.

Step 4. Onboarding

Once our new member has been installed, our Community Coaches reach out to do a deep-dive into all things Uniper! Our end-to-end service ensures our members are excited and feel comfortable using the system. They set up members up for success by navigating them to features including:

Rich recorded health and wellness content with 2,000+ videos
Daily live classes offered 12 hours a day
Wide variety of physical brain games
Multilingual health and wellness content
Family and friend video calling
Photo and video sharing
